1. Order Processing

We process orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free international shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: usually 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Occasional delays: in rare cases (customs, public holidays, carrier issues) delivery can take up to 12–15 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel on the carrier’s website

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

4. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees may be charged by your country’s customs office.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or free shipping offer.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes required by their local authorities.
  • We are not able to predict or control these charges, as they vary by country and are set by your local customs office.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, any refund (if applicable) will be processed minus any return shipping and handling costs incurred.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We want your order to arrive safely.

Damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s), and
  • Contact us at  hello@felicefur.com within 7 days of delivery

We’ll review your case and work with you on a replacement or other appropriate solution, depending on stock availability.

Lost packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Double-check your address and surroundings (neighbours, building reception, etc.)
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  • If you still can’t locate the parcel, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist

Please note we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, so kindly check your details carefully before completing your purchase.
